REFUND POLICY

How it works:

We offer a 14-day exchange right on all our products. (only applies to regular prices online and in-store). The 14-day exchange right starts counting the day you have recieved your order. Please contact us if you have any questions about the exchange right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then you will receive a voucher that can be used on our online store.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at @madeby_moda on instagram.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at @madeby_moda on instagram or at info.madebymoda@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to be exchanged may vary.
